Cancellation policy

Pre-orders

A pre-order lets you reserve an item that isn't in stock yet. When you place a pre-order:

• You pay the full price at checkout. We do not take deposits or partial payments, and we do not store your card to charge you later.
• The expected dispatch window is shown on the product page, at checkout, and in your order confirmation. If demand exceeds the first shipment, your order ships with the next one — you'll see which applies before you pay.
• These are good-faith estimates. If a date changes, we'll email you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Cancelling a pre-order

• You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched, for any reason, for a full refund to your original payment method. Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at terrence@kavva.co with your order number.
• Once your order has been dispatched it can't be cancelled here, but your statutory right of withdrawal still applies: you have 14 days from the day you receive the item to withdraw. See our Refund policy for how to do this.
• On top of that, our 60-day comfort guarantee lets you return the hoodie within 60 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
