Processing and dispatch
- In-stock orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
- Pre-orders are dispatched within the window shown on the product page and in your order confirmation — see our Purchase options cancellation policy.
- Orders ship from Germany with DHL. You'll get tracking by email when your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are typical, not guaranteed, and run from dispatch — not the order date.
Taxes and duties
Your order price includes all applicable taxes.
- EU: nothing to pay on delivery.
- United Kingdom: UK VAT is included in your order price. If a carrier ever asks you for an import charge on delivery, contact us at terrence@kavva.co and we'll resolve it or reimburse you.
- Switzerland: Swiss import VAT (8.1%) is calculated and collected at checkout — nothing to pay on delivery.
- Canada: estimated duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — nothing to pay on delivery.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address at checkout — we can't reroute a parcel once it's dispatched.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days (EU/UK) or 20 business days (Switzerland/Canada), contact us at terrence@kavva.co and we'll open an inquiry with DHL.
Returns
See our Refund policy and 60-day comfort guarantee. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
