Return Period
You have the right to request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

 

 

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in clean, unused, and resellable condition, with original packaging where possible.

You may inspect the product as you would in a retail store. However, items must not show signs of extended use.

Returns may be refused or partially refunded if the item:

  • Shows signs of prolonged use
  • Has been washed or altered
  • Contains stains, odors, hair, or debris
  • Is damaged or worn
  • Is returned in an unsanitary condition

Due to the nature of our products (bedding and garments), strict hygiene standards apply.

 

 

Diminished Value

If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and function, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value.

Items that cannot be resold due to condition or hygiene may not be refunded.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

The product must be securely packaged. Damage during return shipping due to poor packaging may result in a reduced refund.

 

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

 

 

EU Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
